Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Sleeve Graham Crackers
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 5 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
  • 2 Packages (8 oz each) Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 2 Cups Powdered Sugar
  • 2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream

Instructions

  1. Make the crust: Place the graham crackers in a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form. In a mixing bowl, combine crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; stir until well-coated.
  2. Prepare individual serving cups: Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the graham cracker mixture into each cup and press down.
  3. Create the cheesecake filling: Beat softened cream cheese until creamy, then add powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form and gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Assemble the cheesecake cups: Spoon the cheesecake filling over the crust in each cup. Top with leftover filling if desired.
  5. Chill and serve: Cover cups with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Top with fresh berries before serving.
