Ultimate Chicken Caesar Wraps

Delicious Chicken Caesar Wraps that fuse crispy texture with creamy richness, perfect for any meal.

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts (450g)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (15ml)
  • 1 tsp kosher salt (5g)
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper (2g)
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce (140g)
  • 0.33 cup shaved parmesan cheese (30g)
  • 1 cup rustic croutons (60g)
  • 0.5 cup creamy white Caesar dressing (120ml)
  • 4 large soft white flour tortillas (10-inch/25cm)

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil. Once hot, season your chicken breasts with kosher salt and black pepper. When the oil shimmers, add the chicken. Let it sear without moving it for 6-7 minutes until golden.
  2. Flip the chicken with tongs. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Transfer to a cutting board and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  3. Slice the chicken into thin strips.
  4. Toss the chopped romaine lettuce with sliced chicken, shaved parmesan, and crushed croutons.
  5. Drizzle the creamy Caesar dressing over the salad mixture.
  6. Lay a tortilla flat and spoon the mixture onto the center. Fold the sides over the filling and roll from the bottom up to keep everything tucked inside.
  7. Place your wraps seam-side down on a platter. Optional: Pop them back into the skillet for 1-2 minutes for added crispiness.

Notes

Serve with a small dish of additional Caesar dressing for dipping. These wraps are customizable, so feel free to use different proteins or dressings.
