  • 1.5 cups (375g) Whole Milk Ricotta
  • 2 cups (225g) Low-Moisture Mozzarella
  • 0.5 cup (50g) Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 0.5 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 cup (150g) Red Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 cup (150g) Yellow Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp (45ml) Balsamic Glaze
  • 0.5 cup (10g) Fresh Whole Basil Leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the cheesy base by mixing ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, and salt until smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Prepare the tomatoes by tossing them with olive oil.
  5. Arrange the cherry tomatoes over the cheese mixture.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the dip upon removing from the oven.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.

Notes

Serve with toasted baguette slices or pita chips for dipping. You can prepare the cheesy mixture ahead of time and bake just before serving.
