Instructions

  4. Add the Sweet Potatoes: Toss in diced sweet potatoes and allow them to absorb flavors.
  5. Incorporate the Canned Goods: Add diced tomatoes and drained corn, stirring to combine.
  6. Season It Up: Sprinkle in chili powder and cumin, mixing everything together.
  7. Add the Broth: Pour in the broth, stir, bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20–30 minutes.
  8. Taste and Adjust: Taste the chili, adjusting seasoning as necessary and adding more broth if too thick.
