Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened at room temperature)
  • ¼ cup butter (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 cups milk
  • 23.4 ounce cheesecake instant pudding mix (4 servings size each box)
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture down evenly into serving cups.
  2. Make the Filling: Beat the softened cream cheese and butter together in a large bowl until smooth, then gradually add the powdered sugar, followed by the milk, pudding mix, and vanilla extract, mixing until thick.
  3. Fold in the Cool Whip gently to maintain the airy texture.
  4. Assemble the Pudding Cups: Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the crust, add a layer of sliced strawberries, and top with more pudding mixture. Garnish with whipped topping and additional strawberries.
