Strawberry Cheesecake Lush

A dreamy layered dessert combining creamy cheesecake and fresh strawberries, perfect for any occasion.

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl until it resembles wet sand.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. Bake for about 8-10 minutes until set but not browned. Let it cool completely.
  5. Beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  6. Add vanilla extract and continue beating.
  7. Whip heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
  8. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
  9. Spread half of the cream cheese filling on top of the crust.
  10. Add half of the sliced strawberries on top of the filling.
  11. Dollop half of the strawberry jam over the strawberries and swirl gently.
  12. Repeat with remaining cream cheese filling, strawberries, and jam.
  13. Chill the dessert in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
  14. Slice and serve with whipped cream and fresh strawberries.

Notes

This dessert can be made ahead and kept in the fridge for up to 3 days. Serve in a clear glass dish to showcase the beautiful layers!
