Simple No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake Bars

A delicious and easy no-bake Oreo cheesecake bars recipe, perfect for any gathering or a sweet treat at home.

  • 24 Oreo cookies (finely crushed)
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream (whipped)
  • 810 Oreos (chopped for filling)
  • Extra Oreos for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreos in a food processor until finely ground.
  2. Mix the crushed Oreos with melted butter until evenly coated.
  3. Form the crust by pressing the mixture into the bottom of a lined 9×9 inch baking dish.
  4. Beat the cream cheese in a mixing bowl until creamy and smooth.
  5. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract while mixing until combined.
  6. Whip the heavy whipping cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
  7. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture carefully.
  8. Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust.
  9. Smooth the top using a spatula and sprinkle additional chopped Oreos for decoration.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.

Notes

Try adding mint extract or peanut butter for variations. Serve with chocolate drizzle or ice cream.
