Rosemary Garlic Steak Kebabs

Delicious steak kebabs marinated in garlic and rosemary, perfect for summer cookouts or cozy dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound steak (sirloin or tenderloin)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 pound baby potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Wash your baby potatoes and cherry tomatoes. Cube regular potatoes into similar sizes. Chop the steak into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Make the marinade: Mix olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Marinate steak for 30 minutes to 4 hours.
  3. Parboil the potatoes: Boil baby potatoes in salted water for about 10 minutes until slightly tender. Drain and cool.
  4. Skewer your ingredients: Assemble the skewers by alternating marinated steak, cherry tomatoes, and parboiled potatoes.
  5. Fire up the grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Grill time: Grill skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until steak is medium-rare (target 135°F).
  7. Rest and serve: Let kebabs rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes
