Raspberry Limoncello Prosecco

A delightful and refreshing cocktail that combines Prosecco, Limoncello, and muddled raspberries for a sparkling celebration.

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle Prosecco (dry)
  • 1 cup Limoncello
  • 1 cup raspberries, muddled
  • 2 lemons (juiced)

Instructions

  1. Muddle the raspberries in a small bowl or cocktail shaker to release their juices.
  2. Combine 1 cup of Limoncello with the muddled raspberries and stir gently.
  3. Add fresh lemon juice (1-2 tablespoons) to the mixture.
  4. Pour in the bottle of Prosecco and stir gently to combine.
  5. Strain the mixture if desired to remove seeds and pulp.
  6. Serve in glasses and garnish with fresh raspberries and lemon wheel.

Notes

For a slushy version, freeze raspberries and blend with the other ingredients. Adjust lemon juice to taste for desired tartness.
