Easy Strawberry Cinnamon Rolls with Cream Cheese Glaze

Delicious cinnamon rolls filled with juicy strawberries and a hint of cinnamon, all drizzled with a creamy glaze.

  • 1 can Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 23 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss your chopped strawberries with brown sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon. Let them sit for about 10-15 minutes.
  3. Carefully unroll the Pillsbury Crescent Rolls on a lightly floured surface, pressing them into a large rectangle and sealing any perforations.
  4. Spoon the strawberry filling evenly across the dough, spreading it all the way to the edges.
  5. Starting from one long edge, tightly roll the dough into a log shape and pinch the seam to seal it, then slice into 12 pieces.
  6. Grease a round baking dish and place the rolls in the dish, leaving space between them.
  7. Pop them in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  9. Drizzle the glaze over the warm rolls as soon as they come out of the oven.

Notes

These rolls are best served warm and can be garnished with fresh strawberries and a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
