  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the huckleberries by rinsing them gently under cold water and patting dry.
  3. Mix the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients in another bowl: beat the eggs with melted butter and vanilla extract.
  5. Combine the wet and dry mixtures, stirring gently to avoid overmixing.
  6. Fold in the huckleberries carefully.
  7. Transfer the batter into a greased 9×9 inch baking dish.
  8. Bake for about 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
