Instructions

  1. Mix the Base: In a medium bowl, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, pumpkin spice, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. Add the Wet Ingredients: Pour in your milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix everything together until fully coated.
  3. Chill Out: Transfer the mixture into a jar or container, seal it, and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4–6 hours.
