Pumpkin Cobbler

A cozy fall dessert combining creamy pumpkin and a buttery topping, perfect for gatherings or a comforting treat.

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the pumpkin puree, sugar, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Add the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt to the pumpkin mixture and gently fold together.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Mix the brown sugar and caramel sauce, then drizzle over the pumpkin batter.
  6. Pour the water over the top of the mixture.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes until edges are golden and center is set.
  8. Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Drizzle with extra caramel for indulgence. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
