  • 1 cup Oat Flour or Almond Flour
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt (or dairy-free substitute)
  • 1 Egg (or flax egg)
  • 1 tsp Seasonal Spices (like cinnamon, nutmeg, or vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup Flavor-Specific Mix-Ins (chopped pecans, chocolate chips, or dried fruit)
  • 1/4 cup Natural Sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or coconut sugar)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the dry ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the protein powder, oat or almond flour, and seasonal spices until well combined.
  3. Combine the wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, egg, and natural sweetener until smooth.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients: Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring gently.
  5. Add the mix-ins: Fold in your chosen mix-ins carefully.
  6. Scoop the dough onto a lined baking sheet, leaving space between them.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly browned.
  8. Cool on a wire rack before serving.

Notes
