  • 1 Egg (or flax egg for vegan)
  • 1 teaspoon Seasonal Spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves)
  • 1 to 1.5 cups Chopped Apples
  • 1/4 cup Natural Sweetener (maple syrup or honey)
  • Flavor-Specific Mix-Ins (nuts, chocolate chips, dried cranberries)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl: combine oat flour, protein powder, and spices.
  4. Beat wet ingredients in another bowl: mix yogurt, egg, and sweetener until creamy.
  5. Combine the dry ingredients into the wet mixture gently.
  6. Add apples and any additional mix-ins and fold them in.
  7. Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden.
  9. Make a caramel drizzle while cookies bake.
  10. Cool cookies slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
