A delightful twist on the classic apple cider donut, these cookies are packed with protein and seasonal spices, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 cup Oat Flour or Almond Flour
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Seasonal Spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves)
  • 1/2 cup Natural Sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or coconut sugar)
  • 1/2 cup Apple Cider
  • Flavor-Specific Mix-Ins (chopped apples, nuts, vanilla extract)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients in another bowl.
  5. Stir in the apple cider and any mix-ins.
  6. Bring together the wet and dry ingredients until just combined.
  7. Scoop dollops of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
