Energizing Post-Workout Smoothie

A creamy, dreamy post-workout smoothie packed with protein and antioxidants to help refuel your body.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ¾ cup milk of choice or water
  • 1 scoop (30g) Puori PW1 Bourbon Vanilla or Dark Chocolate Whey Protein
  • ¾ cup frozen blueberries or mixed berries
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt, flavored or non-flavored

Instructions

  1. Gather your equipment by grabbing a blender.
  2. Add the ¾ cup of milk or water into the blender.
  3. Sprinkle in your 1 scoop of protein powder.
  4. Throw in the ¾ cup of frozen blueberries or mixed berries.
  5. Add in the ¼ cup of Greek yogurt.
  6. Blend the mixture until smooth for about 30-60 seconds.
  7. Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if needed.
  8. Serve it up in a tall glass or bowl, adding toppings if desired.

Notes

Feel free to experiment with different fruits and add-ins like spinach or peanut butter.
