Ultimate Cookies and Cream Oreo Protein Shake

A delicious and nutritious Oreo Protein Shake packed with protein and indulgent flavor, perfect for post-workout refueling or satisfying a sweet tooth.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 serving protein powder (vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Almond milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 Oreo cookies
  • 3 ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients and your blender.
  2. Combine 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt and 1/2 cup almond milk in your blender.
  3. Toss in 1 serving of vanilla protein powder and 1 tbsp of chia seeds.
  4. Pour in 1/2 cup of water to blend smoothly.
  5. Drop in 2 Oreo cookies for flavor.
  6. Optional: Add 3 ice cubes for a chill factor.
  7. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
  8. Taste your shake and adjust sweetness or flavor as needed.
  9. Pour into a glass and garnish as desired.
