Oreo No-Bake Cheesecake Cups

A delightful and easy no-bake dessert featuring creamy cheesecake and crunchy Oreo layers.

  • 1 (8 oz) block of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 oz) tub of Cool Whip or whipped topping
  • 2/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2426 Oreo cookies (plus more for topping)

Instructions

  1. Begin by gathering all your ingredients.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese using an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
  3. Gradually add the powdered sugar to the cream cheese, mixing well and then pour in the vanilla extract.
  4. Gently fold the Cool Whip into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Crush about 20 Oreo cookies in a resealable plastic bag until you get fine crumbs.
  6. Start by adding a spoonful of Oreo crumbs into the bottom of your serving cups.
  7. Spoon in a layer of the cheesecake mixture over the crumbs, repeating until the cups are full.
  8. Cover the cups with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for at least 240 minutes.
  9. Before serving, sprinkle crushed Oreos over the top of each cup.

Notes

Store cups in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4-5 days.
