Ultimate Slow Cooker Pork Tenderloin

A hearty and flavorful slow cooker pork tenderloin recipe that’s perfect for busy weeknights.

  • 23 pounds pork tenderloin
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic

Instructions

  1. Prep the slow cooker by placing it on your kitchen counter.
  2. Layer the chicken broth at the bottom of the slow cooker. Then, place the pork tenderloin in the center.
  3. Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and onion soup mix over the pork.
  4. Pour the soy sauce and brown sugar mixture over the top and stir gently.
  5. Sprinkle minced garlic on top.
  6. Cover the slow cooker and set it to low for 6-8 hours or high for about 4 hours.
  7. Check the pork for tenderness 30 minutes before serving.
  8. Transfer the tenderloin to a cutting board and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

Serve with mashed potatoes and vegetables. Leftovers make great sandwiches!
