  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture using a kitchen towel.
  3. Combine the self-raising flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chopped onion in a mixing bowl.
  4. Mix the eggs, grated zucchini, and olive oil in a separate bowl until combined.
  5. Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and fold together until just combined.
