Baked Burrata Bliss with Roasted Tomatoes and Garlic Delight

A comforting dish featuring baked burrata cheese paired with roasted tomatoes and fragrant garlic, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 ball Burrata
  • 4 cups Tomatoes
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Oregano
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic Glaze
  • 1 loaf Crusty Bread or Crostini

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rinse your tomatoes and cut them in half or quarter them.
  3. Toss them with one tablespoon of olive oil, half of the minced garlic, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Spread the seasoned tomatoes on a parchment-lined baking sheet, cut side up.
  5. Pop the baking sheet into the preheated oven and roast the tomatoes for about 20 minutes.
  6. Remove the baking sheet and place the burrata in the center of the pan.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining garlic and fresh oregano over the burrata, and drizzle with the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and a touch more salt.
  8. Return the baking sheet to the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
  9. Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the roasted tomatoes and cheese once out of the oven.
  10. Serve immediately with crusty bread or crostini.

Notes

Adjust the recipe to use herbs and ingredients you have on hand. Try using grilled veggies or adding proteins for a heartier meal.
