  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan by greasing it or lining with parchment paper.
  3. Mix dry ingredients: whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Beat wet ingredients: mix peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs and vanilla extract to the mixture and combine.
  6. Combine the buttermilk gradually until glossy and smooth.
  7. Fold in the dry ingredients and then gently add the chocolate chips.
  8. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 55–65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
