No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Lasagna

A delightful no-bake dessert combining creamy cheesecake layers and fresh strawberries, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 pound fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 package graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Strawberries: Wash and slice the strawberries. Sprinkle with granulated sugar and let sit for 10–15 minutes to draw out juices.
  2. Make the Cream Cheese Mixture: In a bowl, beat together softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix, then fold in Cool Whip.
  3. Assemble the Layers: Layer graham crackers in a 9×13 inch dish, then spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crackers. Add half of the strawberries on top.
  4. Repeat the Layers: Add another layer of graham crackers, the remaining cream cheese mixture, and finish with the rest of the strawberries.
  5. Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.

Notes

For added flair, drizzle strawberry syrup when serving and garnish with mint leaves.
