No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake

  • 24 Oreo cookies (crushed)
  • 1/4 cup butter (melted)
  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • Additional Oreos for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: In a zip-top bag, crush the Oreos until fine crumbs. Add melted butter and mix thoroughly. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Make the cheesecake filling: Beat softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream from another bowl until well incorporated.
  4. Add remaining crushed Oreos to the filling.
  5. Chill the cheesecake, pouring filling over the crust and smoothing the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  6. Serve and enjoy: Once set, remove the springform pan sides, garnish with additional Oreos, and slice to enjoy.
