No Bake Oreo Cheesecake Bars

A rich, creamy dessert bursting with Oreo flavor, perfect for cookie lovers and gatherings.

  • 44 Oreo cookies
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp granulated white sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Oreos by crushing 32 Oreos in a food processor until fine.
  2. Combine Oreo crumbs with 6 tablespoons of melted butter until resembling wet sand.
  3. Press the mixture into an 8×8-inch baking dish to form the crust. Refrigerate.
  4. Beat 16 oz cream cheese in a bowl until smooth. Gradually add sugar and vanilla.
  5. Whip 1 cup heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Fold in remaining 12 crushed Oreos into the mixture.
  7. Spoon the cheesecake filling over the crust, spreading evenly.
  8. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  9. Cut into squares and enjoy!

Notes

Serve cold, garnished with whipped cream or fresh berries. Try different Oreo flavors for variation!
