No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake

A creamy, chocolatey dessert that captures the nostalgic flavors of Oreos in a no-bake cheesecake.

  • 24 Oreo Biscuits
  • 16 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
  • ⅔ cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream, freshly whipped or store-bought
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ cup Butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  2. Mix Oreo crumbs with melted butter in a bowl until coated.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  4. Beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until creamy.
  5. Add sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  6. Fold in the whipped cream gently to keep the mixture airy.
  7. Pour cheesecake filling over the prepared crust and smooth out the top.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours or overnight to set.
  9. Release the sides of the springform pan and let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before slicing.
  10. Garnish with whipped cream or crushed Oreos, if desired.

For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free chocolate sandwich cookies.
