No-Bake Chocolate Covered Cheesecake Balls

Delicious no-bake cheesecake bites covered in rich chocolate, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • Crushed Nuts, Sprinkles, or Coconut for Topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep the Cream Cheese by softening it at room temperature.
  2. Mix the Filling by combining cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Add Cocoa Powder and mix well until incorporated.
  4. Chill the mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  5. Shape the Balls into 1-inch diameter bites.
  6. Melt the Chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  7. Coat the Cheesecake Balls in the melted chocolate.
  8. Add the Toppings while the chocolate is still wet.
  9. Chill again until the chocolate is set, at least 30 minutes.
