  • 1/2 sheet graham cracker
  • 1 individual container of nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt (5.3 oz)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free Jello cheesecake pudding mix (about 8 g)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sweetener, divided
  • 3 strawberries, diced

Instructions

  1. Crush the graham cracker into fine crumbs using a zip-lock bag and a rolling pin or your hands.
  2. Combine yogurt and pudding mix in a small bowl until smooth.
  3. Add half of your sweetener (1/4 teaspoon) to the mixture and adjust to taste.
  4. Grab a dish and layer the crushed graham cracker, yogurt mixture, and diced strawberries.
  5. Let it sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
