No-Bake Cheesecake Cups

A creamy and dreamy dessert layered in a cup with a crunchy graham cracker base, perfect for any occasion.

  • 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Optional toppings: Raspberries, Strawberries, Whipped cream, Broken cookies, Extra graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Crush the graham crackers in a large resealable bag or food processor.
  2. Mix the crumbs with melted butter until coated.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of serving cups.
  4. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth in a mixing bowl.
  5. Add sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until fluffy.
  6. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
  7. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
  8. Spoon your cheesecake filling over the crust in each cup.
  9. Chill the cups in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until set.
  10. Top with desired toppings before serving.
  11. Dig in and enjoy!

Notes

These cheesecake cups can be made a day in advance and kept refrigerated. Top with fresh fruits for added flavor.
