Caramel Apple Cheesecake

A delightful dessert combining creamy cheesecake with the comforting flavor of caramelized apples.

  • 2 packages cream cheese (8 oz each)
  • 2 apples, diced
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • Graham cracker crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the crust by mixing crushed graham crackers with melted butter and sugar. Press mixture into a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Mix the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing until just combined.
  5. Incorporate 1/4 cup of caramel sauce into the mixture.
  6. Add the diced apples, folding gently into the mixture.
  7. Pour the cheesecake filling into the prepared crust and bake for 45-50 minutes until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  8. Cooling time: Allow cheesecake to cool in the oven for about an hour before chilling in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
  9. Top with remaining caramel before serving.
