Easy Peach & Basil Naan Bread Pizza

A delightful summer pizza featuring a crispy naan bread base topped with juicy peaches, creamy mozzarella, and fragrant basil.

  • 2 large naan breads
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 fresh peach, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • 15 basil leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Place the naan breads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Mix the olive oil and minced garlic together. Brush this mixture generously over the naan bread.
  4. Evenly distribute the sliced mozzarella over each naan.
  5. Layer the thin peach slices on top of the mozzarella.
  6. Sprinkle the chopped basil over everything.
  7. Pop the baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 10–12 minutes.
  8. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar (if using) once out of the oven.
  9. Allow the pizza to cool for a minute. Then, slice it into generous pieces.
