Halloween Monster Cookie Dough Dip

A fun and creamy dip combining all the joy of cookie dough with a Halloween twist, perfect for parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 cup whipped cream cheese
  • Colorful Halloween-themed sprinkles
  • Graham crackers or pretzels for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven (if needed): If you haven’t heat-treated your flour yet, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the flour evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Cream the butter and sugar: In a large mixing bowl, add the softened unsalted butter and brown sugar, and beat them together until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the wet ingredients: Combine the vanilla extract and salt to the butter-sugar mixture.
  4. Incorporate the flour: Gradually mix in the heat-treated flour on low speed until combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate and cream cheese: Mix the whipped cream cheese until smooth, then fold it into the cookie dough mixture, followed by the mini chocolate chips.
  6. Add the festive sprinkles: Gently fold in the colorful Halloween sprinkles.
  7. Chill for extra creaminess (optional): Cover the dip with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  8. Serve and enjoy: Scoop the dip into a serving bowl and arrange your graham crackers or pretzels around it.

Notes
