  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger
  • 1/4 cup Natural Sweetener (maple syrup or honey)
  • Flavor-Specific Mix-ins (chocolate chips, chopped nuts, or dried cranberries)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the dry ingredients: In a bowl, combine oat flour (or almond flour), protein powder, and seasonal spices.
  3. Cream the wet ingredients: In another bowl, mix Greek yogurt, egg, and natural sweetener until creamy.
  4. Combine the mixtures: Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, stirring gently until just combined.
  5. Fold in the mix-ins like chocolate chips or nuts.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls onto a lined baking sheet, spaced about an inch apart.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden.
  8. Cool on the baking sheet for 5-7 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.

Notes

For uniform cookies, ensure each scoop is the same size. Enjoy warm cookies straight from the cooling rack!
