Hawaiian Fruit Salad

A refreshing Hawaiian Fruit Salad filled with a medley of tropical flavors and creamy goodness, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 (30 oz) can fruit cocktail in juice
  • 1 (20 oz) can pineapple chunks in juice
  • 1 (8 oz) can mandarin orange slices
  • 1 (10 oz) bag mini marshmallows
  • 1 (24 oz) container sour cream
  • 1 box orange-flavored gelatin

Instructions

  1. Drain and prepare the fruits: Drain the fruit cocktail, pineapple, and mandarin oranges.
  2. Mix the gelatin: In a small bowl, combine the orange-flavored gelatin with hot water until it dissolves. Let it cool.
  3. Combine the cream: In a large mixing bowl, scoop the sour cream and pour in the dissolved gelatin. Mix well.
  4. Fold it all together: Gently fold in the drained fruits and mini marshmallows into the creamy mixture.
  5. Chill and serve: Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.

Notes

For a healthier alternative, substitute mini marshmallows with shredded coconut or diced apples.
