Cinnamon Sugar Baked Peaches

A quick and delightful dessert of baked peaches with cinnamon sugar, served warm with vanilla ice cream.

  • 4 Whole Fresh Peaches
  • 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 4 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Cloves
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • 4 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the peaches by washing and cutting them in half to remove the pit.
  3. Melt the butter in a small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl.
  4. Mix the brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Coat the peach halves with the melted butter and sprinkle the sugar mixture on top.
  6. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until tender.
  7. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of each peach half.
