Cheesy Taco Sticks

A delightful dish that combines everyone’s favorite taco flavors with a fun and cheesy twist, perfect for family gatherings.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions (optional)
  • Sour cream and salsa for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Drain any excess fat and stir in the taco seasoning according to package instructions.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in your shredded cheese until melted.
  5. Roll out the pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface to create a rectangle, then cut into smaller rectangles.
  6. Place a spoonful of the cheesy beef mixture on each rectangle, adding green onions if desired.
  7. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal, placing them seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Serve hot with sour cream and salsa for dipping.

Notes

You can assemble the Cheesy Taco Sticks ahead of time and freeze them. Bake directly from the freezer, adding an extra 5-10 minutes to the baking time.
