Apple Bread Pudding

  • 6 cups cubed brioche
  • 2 apples, diced (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, brown sugar, and cinnamon until well blended.
  3. Cut the brioche into 1-inch cubes and toss them into the mixing bowl, gently folding them in.
  4. Dice your apples and fold them into the mixture gently.
  5. Let the mixture sit for about 15-20 minutes to soak.
  6. Grease your baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  7. Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and bake for about 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
