Mini Peach and Cream Cheese Tarts

Delightful mini tarts filled with creamy cheese and topped with fresh peaches, perfect for summer gatherings.

  • 1 package of pre-made mini tart shells
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 peaches, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Optional: fresh mint for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl and beat until smooth.
  3. Fill each mini tart shell with the cream cheese filling using a piping bag or spoon.
  4. Slice the peaches and toss them with lemon juice, then arrange them on top of the cream cheese filling.
  5. Bake the filled tarts in the oven for about 10-12 minutes.
  6. Cool the tarts for a few minutes and garnish with fresh mint before serving.

Notes

These tarts are best served fresh, but the cream cheese filling can be made ahead of time.
