Mini Nutella Cheesecakes

Delicious bite-sized mini cheesecakes infused with rich Nutella for a sweet treat that’s perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Chocolate shavings, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl, mixing until crumbs are well coated.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of each liner to form a crust.
  4. Beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until creamy; gradually add Nutella and powdered sugar, mixing until smooth.
  5. Whip heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the Nutella mixture.
  6. Spoon the filling over the crusts, filling each about 3/4 full.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until edges are set but center is slightly jiggly.
  8. Cool completely before chilling in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
  9. Top with chocolate shavings and a drizzle of Nutella before serving.

Notes

These mini cheesecakes can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge. They also freeze well for future enjoyment.
