Mini Kinder Bueno Cheesecakes

Delicious mini cheesecakes with a creamy Kinder Bueno filling, nestled in a buttery graham cracker crust.

  • 1 package of Kinder Bueno bars (approximately 4 bars)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 package of graham cracker crumbs (about 1 ½ cups)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • Mini chocolate bars for garnish
  • Chocolate sauce for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl until evenly coated.
  3. Pack the crumb mixture into the bottom of each muffin cup.
  4. Bake for about 5-7 minutes until lightly golden, then let cool.
  5. Cream the softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
  6. Add the powdered sugar gradually and mix until fluffy.
  7. Pour in the vanilla extract and mix well.
  8. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
  9. Combine the whipped cream gently into the cream cheese mixture.
  10. Incorporate chopped Kinder Bueno bars into the filling, reserving some for topping.
  11. Fill each graham cracker crust with cheesecake filling, smoothing the tops.
  12. Chill covered in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  13. Garnish with chocolate sauce, chopped Kinder Bueno, and mini chocolate bars before serving.
  14. Enjoy the creamy, crunchy delight with family and friends!

Notes

These cheesecakes can be frozen for up to 2 months. Allow to thaw in the fridge before serving.
