  • 2 ripe yellow nectarines
  • 8 oz burrata
  • Handful of fresh basil leaves
  • Kosher salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prep Your Ingredients: Rinse tomatoes, slice, and set aside. Wash nectarines and slice into wedges.
  2. Tear the Burrata: Gently tear burrata into chunks.
  3. Assemble Your Salad: Layer sliced tomatoes and nectarines on a platter.
  4. Add the Burrata: Nestle torn burrata among the tomatoes and nectarines.
