Easy 10-Minute Raspberry Jam

A quick and easy recipe for homemade raspberry jam that captures the essence of summer.

  • 1 pint fresh raspberries
  • Honey (to taste)
  • Lemon juice (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prep your raspberries by gently rinsing and drying them on a clean kitchen towel.
  2. Mash the raspberries in a medium saucepan over medium heat using a fork or potato masher until they start to break apart.
  3. Sweeten it up by drizzling in honey to taste and let the mixture bubble for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the lemon juice and stir in, letting it simmer for another 2 minutes.
  5. Check the consistency; if thicker jam is desired, let it sit on heat for another minute.
  6. Cool and store the jam in a clean jar until completely cool before sealing.

Notes

This jam will keep in the fridge for about two weeks.
