Strawberry Fluff Salad

A delightful and refreshing summer salad made with strawberries, pineapple, mini marshmallows, and Cool Whip.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • 1 package (3 ounces) strawberry Jell-O

Instructions

  1. Start by rinsing the strawberries under cool water. Remove the green tops and slice them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries and drained crushed pineapple. Gently stir.
  3. Next, it’s time to add the mini marshmallows and the package of strawberry Jell-O. Stir gently.
  4. Now for the magic touch—add the Cool Whip! Fold it gently until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer to an airtight container. Chill for at least 120 minutes.
  6. When you’re ready to serve, give the salad a gentle stir and serve it in pretty bowls.

Notes

Adjust the sweetness by adding more Jell-O if needed. You can also substitute ingredients for a twist on the salad.
