Indulgent Shrimp & Crab Alfredo Lasagna Roll-Ups

Delicious lasagna roll-ups filled with shrimp, crab, and creamy Alfredo sauce, topped with melty cheese.

  • 9 sheets Lasagna Noodles
  • 1 pound Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 cup Crab Meat
  • 15 ounces Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 cups Alfredo Sauce
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • to taste Salt & Pepper
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • to taste Fresh Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles: Start by boiling a large pot of salted water. Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain them and lay them flat on a clean kitchen towel to cool slightly.
  2. Prepare the filling: In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, minced garlic, and a generous pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
  3. Assemble the roll-ups: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread a generous 1/3 cup of filling across each lasagna noodle and roll it up tightly. Place seam side down in a greased baking dish.
  4. Cover with Alfredo sauce: Pour Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups until well-covered. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake to perfection: Cover tightly with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
  6. Let it rest: Allow the roll-ups to sit for about 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Feel free to add additional seafood or vegetables for variations. You can prepare the roll-ups ahead of time and refrigerate before baking.
