Indulgent Shrimp & Crab Alfredo Lasagna Roll-Ups

A luxurious take on traditional lasagna, featuring tender noodles filled with a creamy shrimp and crab filling, topped with rich Alfredo sauce and melty cheese.

  • 9 sheets Lasagna Noodles
  • 1 pound Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 cup Crab Meat
  • 15 ounces Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 cups Alfredo Sauce
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • to taste Salt & Pepper
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • to taste Fresh Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Noodles: Start by boiling a large pot of salted water. Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and lay flat on a clean kitchen towel to cool.
  2. Prepare the Filling: In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, minced garlic, and a generous pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until fully incorporated.
  3. Assemble the Roll-Ups: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Take one lasagna noodle, spread a generous 1/3 cup of filling across it, and roll it up tightly. Place seam side down in a greased baking dish.
  4. Cover with Alfredo Sauce: Pour the Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake to Perfection: Cover tightly with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Let it Rest: Once out of the oven, let the roll-ups sit for about 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with fresh parsley for garnish. Pair with a crisp green salad or garlic bread.
