  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 45 strips of bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Seasonal spices (optional)
  • Flavor-specific mix-ins (e.g., walnuts, chocolate chips)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the bacon until crispy and set aside.
  3. Mix the dry ingredients: oat flour, protein powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients: Greek yogurt, egg, and maple syrup.
  5. Combine the dry and wet mixtures without overmixing.
  6. Add the crispy bacon and any desired mix-ins.
  7. Scoop the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Cool on a wire rack before serving.
