  • 8 soft hot dog buns, lightly toasted
  • Firecracker Sauce:
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • Toppings:
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup diced red onions
  • ½ cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
  • Fresh cilantro leaves

Instructions

  1. Prep the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Grill the Hot Dogs: Place hot dogs on the grill, cooking for about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Toast the Buns: Place buns cut side down on the grill for a couple of minutes.
