A delicious and protein-packed Cookies and Cream Protein Shake, perfect for post-workout or a sweet treat any time of the day.

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder (62g)
  • 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt (112g)
  • 1.5 cups unsweetened Vanilla almond milk (360ml)
  • 4 Oreo thin cookies
  • Additional crushed Oreo cookies (for topping)
  • Whipped cream (for garnish)
  • Chocolate syrup (optional)
  • Vanilla ice cream (optional)
  • Mint extract or mint Oreos (optional)
  • Cocoa powder (optional)
  • Xanthan gum (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Add the base ingredients: 1.5 cups of unsweetened Vanilla almond milk, 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder, and 1 cup of nonfat plain Greek yogurt into your blender.
  3. Crush the cookies before adding them to the blender.
  4. Blend on high for about 30-45 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  5. Adjust the consistency by adding xanthan gum or more almond milk if needed.
  6. Taste test and adjust flavorings as desired.
  7. Serve the shake in a glass, garnished with whipped cream, cocoa powder, and crushed Oreo cookies.
