Creamy Seafood Lasagna

A delicious seafood lasagna combining layers of pasta with a creamy, garlicky filling of lobster, crab, and shrimp.

  • 9 lasagna noodles (cooked until al dente)
  • 1 bunch of green onions (diced)
  • 1 lb cooked lobster meat
  • 1 lb crab meat
  • 1 lb raw shrimp (diced)
  • 4 tsp seafood seasoning
  • 4 cups Sargento Italian Cheese blend
  • 5 tbsp butter (salted)
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 5 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp coarse black pepper
  • 2 tsp parsley flakes (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Boil your lasagna noodles in a large pot of salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat, add in the minced garlic.
  4. Sprinkle in the flour, stirring constantly to form a roux. Gradually whisk in the heavy cream.
  5. Stir in the seafood seasoning, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Fold in the lobster meat, crab meat, and diced shrimp.
  6. Spread a thin layer of the creamy seafood mixture in a large baking dish. Layer 3 noodles on top, add seafood filling, then cheese. Repeat until ingredients are used.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  8. Let it rest for about 10-15 minutes before serving.
